Here is a cool link to glean some motivation from. Slow Fat Triathlete I am not fat but I am slow. I think I could get into this book because I rather liked reading the book excerpts. So far I haven't made it to a Barnes & Noble to buy the book, but I am planning on it since I got a gift card for christmas.
